Please look at the calendar below to select the day of your appointment. Roll over the available days to see the open times.

After you select a day, a table will appear beside the calendar with the times to select. Select the slot you want to book, and click ‘Proceed to Booking’.

If you would like to add another day and time, simply select another day on the calendar, choose a time, and again, ‘Proceed to Booking’.

Once you have the dates and times lined up, fill out the fields with your name, email, etc. In the ‘Notes’ section, please indicate whether you are booking 1) an Initial Consulation, 2) an Individual Consultation, or 3) a Couple’s Consultation. You can also let me know any other specifics or ask any questions. Click ‘Continue’ to view a summary of your booking.

If your summary is correct, click ‘Continue’ to submit. You’ll receive a confirmation on the page, as well as a confirmation email that your booking has been submitted.

You will hear from Dr.Sara after your booking is submitted to officially confirm your slot by sending a required registration form and Paypal link.
