Creating World Peace | One Relationship at a Time

Love by Design | Available Now

Are you ready to build the relationship you deserve and desire?

If you feel dissatisfied or disillusioned in your romantic partnership, you’re not alone. Many of us were raised with the idea that true love means finding our “other half” and that a spark is the best foundation for successful long-term partnerships and marriages. We drive ourselves crazy chasing that feeling… but what if our understanding of what makes a strong coupledom is flawed?

I am fascinated by the way  connections work. I am most passionate about exploring how they lead to meaningful and fulfilling relationships, the way they help us grow, how they contribute to our awareness of self and others, and how all of these could be seen similarly and differently across relationships, cultures and organizations.

I’ve got some exciting news to share: the launch of my newsletter on Substack @substack called The Common Ground! The new name reflects what I hope for our community here and beyond – Bridging Spaces, Building Bonds – Because the most meaningful Connections Happen in the Common Grounds.

I’ve been studying relationships for over 20 years in 41 countries across different sectors. I’ve learned a lot about what works and what doesn’t, and I’m excited to share that knowledge with you. Every month, you'll gain literacy in a key relationship area and become fluent in navigating its challenges.

Here's what you can look forward to:
•Literacy: Develop foundational knowledge and skills needed to effectively engage with, and contribute to your relational spaces.
•Fluency: Actionable steps on how to apply the newfound insights in practical scenarios, integrating the learnings from the newsletter
•Free Resources: Access exercises and tools for free

The person who was “spontaneous and exciting” becomes “irresponsible.” The person who was “nurturing” becomes “overbearing.”

Sometimes one person still finds a certain quality attractive, but the other, who once possessed that quality, no longer identifies with it in the same way anymore.

The problem isn’t that we, or our partners, have changed. The problem is that we expected that neither of us would!!!

When we think our partner is going to remain a static entity, unchangeable and unchanging, forever providing us with the same benefits we have come to expect and rely upon, our ability to see our partners, and to have them see us fully in return, will be dimmed.

In our research, it became very clear that the contribution and distribution of these ingredients cannot be one-directional: They must be both expressed and experienced.

Remember, Emergent Love is based more on what you do than how you feel.
